Ingredients
1 can corn
1 peeled cucumber
Cilantro al Gusto
Lime
Salt
Tajin
Marinated chicken breast
1/2 avocado

Make sure you serve yourself 1 cup of the corn mix since it will count as your carbs and veggies.
You can use any seasoning of your choice for chicken breast. Remember, you will consume 5 ounces cooked.

Instructions

Let's start with this amazing corn mix that you can just eat by itself. If you peel and chop 1 cucumber, add to bowl. You will then drain and wash a can of corn and add it along with some chopped onion, lemon, salt, and Tajin. Mix and set aside. I'm telling you this is bomb. You will then marinate some chicken breast of your choice and cook it with non-stick spray. Lastly, you will get 1/2 an avocado and serve.
