The women behind Poderosa.
Coaches, nurses, educators, a chef, and community leaders, all here to help you move, nourish, grow, and connect. Bridging women through wellness and community for 10 years.

Dr. Myra Teresa Pérez
Myra has spent more than a decade training women, and only women. As a first-generation Mexican-American woman with a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master's in Kinesiology from the University of the Incarnate Word, she built Project Poderosa as a place where health is an investment in yourself, never a punishment.
Every program blends the science of movement and leadership with culturally familiar food, real accountability, and a community that celebrates every win.
Life is about happy mediums. Showing up for your health and showing up for your people. We do it all around here.
