  1. Extra lean ground turkey
  2. 2 broccoli heads
  3. 1 red bell pepper  (or as many as you wish) OR as many little bell peppers as you wish
  4. 1/2 white onion
  5. 3-4 minced garlic cloves or 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Favorite teriyaki sauce (preferably low sodium sauce)

You will add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to pan and sauté 1/2 of white onion and 1 tablespoon of garlic paste or your 3-4 minced garlic cloves. Cook in medium heat and make sure you sir non stop so your onions nor garlic burns.

Once your onion turns a nice translucent color you will add your extra lean ground beef, break apart, and thoroughly cook.

After your extra lean ground turkey thoroughly cooks you will add your chopped bell peppers. I added red, orange, and yellow bell peppers just to give it color but I personally love red bell peppers the most. You can stick to whichever colors you like and hey if you want even add green one do it. Remember you can add as much as you like.

After about 3-5 minutes you will then add your finely chopped broccoli. I like to chop mine up so the broccoli doesn’t look too bulky in my meal. You will stir all ingredients for 1 minute.

You will then add the entire bottle of desired teriyaki sauce. If you’re able to find a low sodium sauce even better.

You will then cover your pan, put on simmer, and cook for 5 minutes. You dish will then be ready to serve.
