Sometimes the hardest thing to find is a good pre-made veggie mix what will have you feeling full and satisfied. Since we can’t always find one its better to make one ourselves from scratch. This Raw veggie salad is very satisfying and crunchy.

You can have as much of the raw veggie salad mix as you like for your veggies/salad serving. If you need to pair your meal with your protein/fat/carbs please do so with choice. I know the salad contains dressing and silvered almonds but they will not count as fat servings so make sure you add a side of fats IF your meal requires one.

1/2 purple cabbage (veggie)
2 broccoli crowns (veggie)
Green onion bunch (veggie)
Cilantro bunch (veggie)
1 packet of silvered almonds (fat but we will not count)
