Poderosa this is another recipe that will always come in handy on those days that you do not want to mess with any sort of cooking and animal products! Best part is that you are consuming over 40g of protein!
Ingredients
1 serving 25g ratio yogurt
1 serving ratio cereal (10g protein)
1 banana
3 tablespoons hemp heart seeds (optional)
Notes
You can replace hemp heart seeds with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds!
Instructions

So I do not wish this recipe was comlicated :) and it really is not. These are your main ingrdents. All you got to do is mix them all up together and serve. If you like and I highly encourage you is to drizzle some agave/honey/maple syrup and sprinkle some chia seeds and baby you are ready to go!
