I know I am not the only who who loves the convenience of waking up and having breakfast ready. That is why these Overnight Buttery Oats are the best and of course a lifesaver. But you know what makes this recipe even better? The fact that you can make at least 2 days worth at a time oh and of course that there is peanut butter because lets be honest who doesnt love peanut butter :)
Ingredients
- ½ cup of original oats/steel cut oats (carbs)
- Premade protein shake (protein)
- ⅓ cup of slivered almonds (fat)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (fat)
- 1 banana (fruit)
Notes
Get creative especially if you have certain allergies or inflammatory conditions. If you cannot have gluten substitute the oats for gluten free oats or If you are allergic to peanuts substitute for almond/cashew/sunflower peanut butter.
Instructions

All you will do is get your oats and mix with your protein drink. Once you wake up add your peanut butter, banana, and silvered almonds and your breakfast is ready to go. If you do this recipe in mason jars you can even take your breakfast on the go and it makes your morning that much smoother.
