Ay Tacos I love you too damn much. But man who would have thought having "meatless" tacos would be so damn good? These Tacos de Panela will have you making these minimum 1x a week. They are so delicious and the grilled queso panela is to die for Poderosas! Enjoy.

Corn Tortillas (carbs)

Black Beans (protein)

Queso Panela (fat)

Chile de aceite/macha see previous recipes (fat)

Avocado (fat)

Notes

You can use any corn tortillas but honestly these are so stinking delicious. In addition in you want to opt out on the Chile you most definitely can but this Chile gives the tacos so much flavor.

Instructions

These are your main ingredients for this recipe. You are more than welcome to use any corn tortillas :) Yes corn not flour ok Poderosas lol

I say this is the most complicated step of the recipe (which is not lol). You will get your cheese, thin slice, add to your hot pan, and grill each side for about 1 minute. That is it :)

The rest is very easy. You warm up your beans, warm up your tortillas, slice your avocado, and have your salsa ready (optional)

And just like that Poderosas you have your amazing tacos de panela

Once again you can have 3 tacos. I know technically we are using 3 sources of fat but here is the thing you are not adding A LOT of one ingredient per taco.

Each taco has 1 thin slice of cheese, 2 thin slices of avocado, and a small scoop of salsa de aceite/macha. So enjoy these tacos mis Poderosas. It's a lifestyle and I'm here for it!
