Instructions
Here is an image of the ingredients you will need. Keep in mind you can get as creative as you like with the veggies you use! You can add zucchinis, corn, chickpeas, etc.
You will chop your entire onion, 2 potatoes, 4 jalapeños, and add your entire bag of carrots to a large bowl and you will set aside.
You will then get your entire bottle of choice with 1 cup of orange juice and add to a large bowl and mix.
Next cut out the extra pieces of fat on your chicken then cut your chicken breasts in 4 pieces. You will repeat this process for all of the 6 chicken breast and add them to your large bowl of sauce. Make sure you mix/lather your chicken breasts in the sauce.
You will then grab a good side piece aluminum foil and add 2 pieces of chicken breast, a mixture of the veggies, and also some extra sauce from the bowl to your mix. You will repeat this process until you use up all the ingredients.Side note: I suggest adding a little bit of of salt per aluminum foil just to give it a little bit more flavor.
Once you have rolled up all of your mixes in aluminum foil (make sure they are nicely sealed) you will add them to your large pot (tamalera where you can add water at the bottom of the pot) and cook for 1 hour to 1:30.
