2-4 chicken breast

6-8 limes

1/2 purple onion

1/2 cilantro bunch

You can also add pepper to your seasoning it will give your chicken an extra kick. If you life cilantro and purple onion feel free to add all you like.

Instructions

Here are your main ingredients. What I love to do is fillet my chicken breast (not completely) and cut out the extra pieces of fat before prepping it.
You will add salt to both sides of your chicken breast and add to your bag. You will then squeeze all of your limes, add your chopped cilantro and onion, and zip up. You will massage your chicken breast so all the juices and ingredients get to every inch.
You will then fridge for at least 30 minutes or 24 hours plus. I personally love to fridge for at least 24 hours. All of your chicken prep can marinate for 3-4 days! As long as your chicken breast doesn't expire (when you purchase look at date)
