Flavorful Chicken

Flavorful Chicken

I want to call this recipe Flavorful Chicken because that is literally what it is. You will get a bit of curry, coconut milk, garlic, spiciness of chili and ginger, and so much more. This recipe looks harder than what it really is because trust me you once again just throw all the ingredients in the crockpot and you have yourself a meal. You can have your meal cooking overnight or during the day. Once again you are not in the kitchen every second of the recipe and that is one of its best features. Enjoy.

Instructions

First things first turn on the crockpot. Here are the main ingredients to this recipe. If you don't like spicy I suggest opting out on the jalapenos because that is what will give this recipe a nice kick. I prefer to use ginger paste because it saves me some time in the kitchen but if you want to grade your own ginger go ahead and do so. You can also use garlic paste if you wish instead of the 4-6 garlic cloves. For the ginger paste I add a big amount of it to my recipe (3 tablespoons worth) because I love love ginger.

First you will get your chicken breast, cut out any pieces of fat, and sear both sides until golden brown. I added avocado non-stick spray and it held wonderfully in the high heat. Once your chicken breasts are golden on both sides you will set aside.

You will get your 2 cans of coconut milk, entire onion chopped,  4-6 minced garlic, ginger paste (3 tablespoons), 1-2 chopped jalapenos, 2 tablespoons of curry, and your sprinkle of chili powder and add to your crockpot. Mix well and let it heat up. This is where you can add your salt to taste. Taste your mix as you add your salt and add according to your taste.

You will then get your seared chicken breasts, cover with the coconut milk mix, and add to your pot and put on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours and cover. You will let these chicken breasts cook and become very tender and juicy.

And just like that you have your tasty Flavorful Chicken Poderosas. Very easy and kitchen user friendly to make. You will love the way your kitchen will be filled with its stimulating aromas. As you can see I paired my recipe with some jasmine rice (carb). Get creative and enjoy what you cook and put in your bellies.
