I love having a wrap with any of my meals because I can stuff them with all the macronutrients needed and go straight in with them. When we are in a time crunch and get so busy that either we prefer skipping meals or take-out, instead of going to the kitchen and making a wrap! This wrap will have you wrapping it up real quick in the kitchen so you can get that meal in!
Ingredients
1/2 pita wrap (carb)
2 tbsp hummus (fat)
1 tbsp tzatziki
4 ounces grilled chicken breast (protein)
Cabbage (veggie)
Any veggies of choice (veggie)
Notes
You can cook your chicken however you like. I personally love to make chicken kabobs and grill but ultimately there is no right nor wrong way to make your chicken.
Instructions


Once my grilled chicken is done I get my hummus which is rich in plant-based protein and has inflammation fighting properties and added to the bottom of my wrap. I then added all of the veggies and topped it with my grilled chicken and tzatziki sauce.
