So we all know that noodles are not necessarily the healthiest but we can modify and make changes to not feel as guilty when eating them. This recipe is one of those that will make you regret not making MORE or lets say ADDING more zoodles!

You will weigh 4 ounces of chicken (protein) and 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans (carbs) and EYE OUT what you think a good amount is for your zoodles (veggies). Yes zucchini is considered a carb but we will treat it as a veggies source for this meal. Eye it out and serve yourself a modest amount.

Marinated chicken breast of choice (protein)
Garbanzos (carbs)
2 limes
3-4 garlic cloves

Here is the ingredients I used. To be honest I regret not using 2 packets of the zoodles. I highly recommend purchasing 2 of them.
First you will get your garbanzo beans and drain. You will add non stick spray to baking sheet, add your garbanzo beans, season with salt and pepper, and you will broil. You will broil until the garbanzo beans and nice and toasted. You will then set aside.
Next you will grill your chicken breast and when ready you set aside.*I marinated my chicken breast with chipotle seasoning, garlic powder. oranges, limes, and grapefruit.
Next you will drizzle olive oil to your pan and you will add your zoodles and sauté for at least 3-5 minutes
While your zoodles cook you will make your marinade which is 2 lime juices, salt, and pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You will then put it on low heat and let them simmer. Once they simmer turn off and cover.*By this time your chicken breast should be ready, garbanzo beans, and zoodles. You will then serve.
And here you have your bomb delicious low carb noodles with chicken :)
