I have always made it a mission to cook recipes that give chicken flavor. I know many can relate to the horrible taste of “chicken” well bland chicken. Chicken is tricky Because if not cooked right it will just taste like chicken and the taste gets worse the day after. With this recipe, your chicken will be tasting delicious even the day after. As a matter of fact, this dish taste better the day after because the chicken soaks up all the chile it is in.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast
- 3 roma tomates
- 3 jalapeños
- 2 serranos
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 limes
- small piece of onion (white or purple)
- Vegetable/olive oil
- Salt
- Consume (optional)
Notes
When you finish your chicken you will most likely have a lot of Chile left over. You can reuse the Chile in the morning and make yourself some huevos rancheros. Get some eggs whites (scrambled or omelette) and pour the chile on your eggs while they are in the pan and let the sauce simmer. They will taste delicious this was as well.
