There is only one word that comes to my mind when I hear chia pudding and mango… HEAVENLY. And that’s exactly what this recipe is. Its so delicious and fulfilling. This breakfast recipe will hit every spot first thing in the morning. It kick starts your morning and puts you in such a great mood. Enjoy!

This recipe will count as your carb, protein, and fruit serving.

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup of chia seeds (carbs)
  2. 1 premade protein shake (protein)
  3. 1 small mango (fruit serving)
  4. 2 tablespoon of sugar free jam

Notes

I know chia seed is considered a fat but we are going to treat it as a carb for this recipe. Lets say you want to make this recipe for a week but you are not allowed to have a fruit serving then skip the fruit serving. Remember get creative and think outside the box.

You will have to mix the chia seeds and entire protein shake the night before. You will let it chill overnight and get chia pudding out first thing in the morning. You will then add your sugar free jam and chopped mango. Keep in mind you can make as many as you like and have them ready for your week.
