I know many of us love on the go breakfast smoothies due to having crazy busy schedules. I am here to save you some time and make your lives easier.
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 banana
- 1/2 peach
- protein powder (preferably vanilla) or pre-made protein drink or yogurt serving (can be lactose free)
- water
- ice

Instructions
You will get all of your ingredients and blend. You could freeze ziplock baggies with chopped bananas and peach and take out in the mornings and add to blender with your other ingredients to make your mornings faster.
