- 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder (protein)
- 1 banana (fruit)
- 1 rice cake (carbs)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter of choice (fat)
- 3 second squeeze of sugar free hersheys syrup
- As much water as you like
- Ice

With this recipe you want to try to use chocolate flavored protein powder. You are more than welcome to use any other flavor but it might not taste the same. In addition if you don't have protein powder you can use a premade protein drink. You will add the entire protein drink to the blender when making it. With your ingredients you will grab them and add to your blender and mix. If you use a premade protein drink you don't have to add water. Keep in mind when you add your syrup squeeze the bottle and count 3 seconds and stop. We want to get into the habit of being mindful and not having to go our entire lives measuring our ingredients.

Here is your delicious hershey's breakfast smoothie. Keep in mind if you want to make this recipe but your meal doesn't allow you to have a certain ingredient you would just opt out of that specific ingredient and make. There are always ways to get creative.
