Did someone say cottage cheese and blueberries oh and strawberries? I don't think anyone did lol but this is what you are going to get with this awesome easy breakfast smoothie that is so delicious and easy to make. I know the cottage cheese part might frighten you but trust me you cannot taste it in the smoothie. You get extra creaminess with it!
Ingredients
1 cup blueberries (fruit)
4 strawberries (fruit)
1 cup low fat/fat free cottage cheese (protein)
1/2 cup oatmeal (carb)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk or non-dairy milk of choice
Ice (optional)
Notes
You can use low fat or fat free cottage cheese. If you like you can also replace the cottage cheese with 1 cup of plain greek yogurt!

The recipe is very simple and easy comadres! This is why I love this smoothie ...well all smoothies in general because there is no cooking involved! You simply get all of your ingredients and add to your blender and thats it! And with 1 minute of blending you will get your delicious Cottage Cheese Blueberry Smoothie! Enjoy!
