One serving will count as your protein, fat, carb, fruit, and veggie serving.

Ingredients

1/2 large avocado (fat)

Handful of pineapple (fruit)

1/2 peeled cucumber ( veggie)

1 premade protein shake (protein)

1/3 cup raw oats (carbs)

Drizzle of pure vanilla extract

1-2 sweeteners of choice

Notes

You can always make this smoothie with a scoop of protein power or even 1 cup of plain greek yogurt. In addition you can replace the sweeteners with 1 tablespoon of agave/honey. If you don't want to add the pineapple you can opt out on it as well. Get creative Poderosa!

Instructions

You already know how I feel about the process of smoothies. Simple, easy, fast, and time saver. Time saver because you can always do them the night before, wake up, open fridge, and be on the go. You will simply grab all of your ingredients and add to your blender. That is it! If you like Poderosa you can also add some ice to make it extra cold.
