Serving

1 smoothie will count as your protein, carb, and fat serving. Let's say you would like to make this smoothie but your breakfast doesn't allow you to have a fat then you could simply take out the avocado and still consume. Get creative!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of any low fat milk or unsweetened milk
  2. 1 cup plain greek yogurt low fat/non fat (protein)
  3. 1 mango (carb)
  4. 1 tablespoon of chia seed (super food)
  5. ½ avocado (fat)
  6. 1 sweetener or 1 tablespoon of honey/agave
  7. Ice

Instructions

I always believe in the KISS rule and that is Keep It Simple Stupid and we are keeping these ingredients so stupidly simple. The milk I used was low fat milk but you are more than welcome to use any milk you wish. If you decide to use almond/coconut/rice/cashew/oatmeal/etc just make sure its unsweetened. You will add all of your ingredients to your blender and mix. Make sure you peel your mango and avocado before adding to blender

And here you have your tasty refreshing smoothie. This smoothie puts your tastebuds to a great start. Want to make your life easier? Cut all your ingredients the night before and put in a zip lock bag and add in your blender the next day with the remaining ingredients.
