Have you ever heard the saying in spanish “como un mango se va a comer otro mango?” That is literally you while you make and enjoy this smoothie. You will be eating a nutrient dense smoothie while feeling bomb and looking bomb. I hope you enjoy the simplicity and flavors of this mango smoothie as much as I do.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain greek yogurt or low sugar yogurt of choice (protein)
- Handful of baby spinach (veggie)
- ½ mango (carb or fruit)
- 2 thin slices of pineapple (carb or fruit)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed (Fat)
- 2 cups unsweetened milk of choice
- Water (optional)
- Ice

As you can see for this recipe we are going to keep it simple and straight to the point. You can use any unsweetened “milk” of choice or any fat free dairy milk. For this recipe we are going to treat the mango OR pineapple as a fruit or carb. They can be used as either or and since we will be having two servings of fruit we will count one as a carb.

All you do is add your ingredients to your blender (make sure you have peeled your mango and pineapple) and you will blend. I added extra ice because I love it very thick. It will make a lot and have you questioning if this is the right about and guess what it is :)

And just like that you have your delicious mango smoothie. Enjoy every gulp because it goes by fast.
