Ingredients
1 handful chopped mango (fruit)
1/3 cup raw oats (carb)
1 cup plan greek yogurt (protein)
1/2 peeled cucumber (veggie)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1-2 sweeteners (optiona)
Ice (optional)
Notes
The sweeteners are always optional but lets be honest there are times where you have that sweet tooth and adding some sweeteners to your smoothie will make the biggest difference in fulfilling that craving. If you are allergic to nuts you can replace the milk with low fat milk, soy milk, or coconut milk. Make sure the soy or coconut milk are unsweetened.
