You have been warned! Everyone is going to say you are super disrespectful when you make this recipe! Why? Because it’s going to blow people's minds when they know it's a 5 ingredient recipe. They will not believe it, question you, and then of course want to know every single step how to make the GingerYaki Shrimp. My most favorite part of this recipe is how aromatic your kitchen will become as it bakes in the oven. Be ready to have air filled with ginger and teriyaki.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of raw deveined shrimp (protein)
- 2 bags of veggie mix (veggies)
- Ginger paste (as much as you like)
- 1 bottle of desired teriyaki sauce
Notes
Instructions

I personally love to use the bigger raw shrimp because they come out super meaty when cooked. I've realized when I use smaller shrimp they lose their integrity and get very small in size and we don't want that. We want the 10 shrimp we use to be fulfilling. I love this ginger paste because it's seriously a life saver. You just squeeze out whatever you like and that's it. If you like spiciness and want a kick I suggest using a different sauce for your shrimp and veggies.

Preheat oven to 440. You will get your shrimp, wash, and pat dry. You will then transfer over to a big bowl and use ½ of your sauce and all the ginger paste you like and mix everything together. To be honest I use about ⅓ cup of ginger paste because it gives your dish that much more flavor. You will then add to your sheet on one side. You will then get your veggies and add to the same bowl and add the remainder of sauce and add more ginger paste. Once again I also added about ⅓ cup of the paste to my veggies. You will mix all ingredients together and add to the other side of the sheet. You will cook for 25 minutes uncovered.

And just like that Podeosas you have your delicious GingerYaki Shrimp. I know you will savor every single bite! How did I dress my plate? With a lot of sriracha sauce ;) It goes very well with this recipe. Enjoy
