Instructions
Here is an image of the ingredients I used. If you cannot find Salvadorena cream then use any type of sour cream that is thick (you want to stay away from the runny creams).
First you will broil your bell peppers until all sides are nice and crispy.
While your bell peppers roast you will bring a large pot to a boil then you will drizzle some oil to the water, add you laurel leaf, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic or your 4 minced garlic cloves, and your entire pack of spaghetti and just wait until your noodles are nice and soft.
While your bell peppers and noodles cook you will get your celery leaves. As you can see it will be about a large handful and you will add to your blender.
You will then add your entire bag of crema Salvadorena, 1/2 cup of milk, small dash of consume (remember crema has salt so the dash is just for flavor), and 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and add all ingredients to blender.
Once your bell peppers are roasted you will peel the skin and take out the seeds and add to your blender.
You will blend for about 3 minutes and you will set aside. This is how your espagueti sauce should look like.
By the time you are done with making your sauce your noodles should be ready. You drain (make sure you take out laurel leave and dispense) and add your sauce.
And here you have your delicious Espagueti Verde ladies y comadres highly recommend give it a try.
