There is something about a good hearty breakfast sandwich that never gets old. This sandwich gives you the perfect combination of happiness and taste. The best part is that it is so simple and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (protein)
- 2 deli turkey slices (thin or thick) (protein)
- 2 low carb/ grain/whole wheat toast (carbs)
- 1 slice of desired cheese (fat)
- You can add any veggies you like to your sandwich

Instructions
Its very easy to make. All I did was make a mini omelette with my 2 egg whites and I added garlic salt and pepper ( I also added non stick spray to my pan). I toasted my bread, warmed up the turkey slices on the same pan I used to make my eggs, and made my sandwich. It is very delicious ,hearty, and fulfilling.
Serving: When making this breakfast it will count as your protein, fat, and carb serving. Iets say you want to make this for a breakfast but you cannot have a fat for that specific week, you would just take out the cheese. Or if your meal requires veggies you can add it to your sandwich, the eggs, or on the side. Enjoy
