Ingredients

2 handfuls of washed chile puya

1 large handful of peanuts

1 white onion

8 garlic cloves

2 corn tortillas

1/2 cup sesame seeds

6-8 cups avocado oil

Notes

I highly recommend you use avocado oil because it cooks wonderfully in high temperatures.

Instructions

Here are your main ingredients Poderosa. Simple and straight forward.

You will warm up your 6-8 cups of avocado oil. You will then add your washed and stemmed chile puya, chopped white onion, eight garlic cloves, and your peanuts. You will keep the temperature on high and constantly stir for 5 minutes or until all ingredients get a nice toasted look. Set aside and let oil cool down.

Next, add all your ingredients to your blender with salt and blend for quite some time. Once you stop your blender, taste for salt, and if needed add more and if you want a different consistency to your chile add more oil.

You will then toast your sesame seeds and add to your Chile.
