Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (protein)
- 3-6 roma tomatoes
- 1-2 white onion
- olive oil (or oil of choice)
- Bell peppers or veggies of choice (optional)
- Salt
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
Notes
If you sauté veggies that can be your veggie source (as much as you like) and if you need to add a fat then you can use your fat of choice. I used shredded mozzarella cheese. In addition if your meal requires a carb use carb of choice and stick to appropriate serving
