So I know chicken can be such a tricky lean white meat especially when wanting to keep a fresh tasty flavor for days. This recipe is seriously a life changer. You will never see chicken breast the same because the taste and flavor last for at least two days! The best part? Super tasty, healthy, and easy to make. Your entire family will love and if you have little ones they will want more and more.

You will serve yourself 5 ounces of the shredded chicken. I know usually its 4 but we need to take into consideration of the tomatoes and veggies we used in the mix..

Ingredients

  1. 2 chicken breasts (protein)
  2. 3-6 roma tomatoes
  3. 1-2 white onion
  4. olive oil (or oil of choice)
  5. Bell peppers or veggies of choice (optional)
  6. Salt
  7. Oregano
  8. Garlic powder

Notes

If you sauté veggies that can be your veggie source (as much as you like) and if you need to add a fat then you can use your fat of choice. I used shredded mozzarella cheese. In addition if your meal requires a carb use carb of choice and stick to appropriate serving

You will grab your 2 chicken breast and add to boiling water with a dash of salt and 1/2 white onion. If you decide you want to make the 4 chicken breast (meal prepping for more than 1 person or feeding your family) you will still use 1/2 white onion.

Once your chicken breast are fully cooked you will shred and set aside.

You will then chop your veggies of choice, drizzle a little bit of oil, sauté, and set aside. Keep in mind these veggies are optional. If you dont want to sauté veggies with your dish you dont have to. You can use any veggies of choice.
