- 4-6 chicken breast (protein)
- Small bag of baby bell pepper or 3 large bell peppers of choice
- 1/2 purple onion
- 3-5 minced garlic cloves
- Large handful of cheese of choice (fat)
- Oil of choice (fat)
- Low sodium taco seasoning
- Non-stick spray
- Tooth picks
Notes
If your meal requires you to have a veggie and carb make sure you pick your favorite ingredients and pair your chicken breast. The bell peppers will not count as a veggie serving on this dish because its a very little serving. keep in mind you can’t ever have too many veggies so serve it up!
