Chicken fajitas are a restaurant favorite and also a family favorite. You can never go wrong with chicken fajitas especially when they are healthy! These baked chicken fajitas will bring out the best in you!

Weigh 6 ounces of Fajitas and it will count as your veggies and protein serving
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 bag of mini bell peppers or 3 bell peppers of choice
1 purple onion
5 limes
Olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon of salt

Here is an image of the ingredients I used
First you will get all of your bell peppers, chop, and add to a large bowl. You will take out the seeds.
You will then get your purple onion and chop the entire thing and add to the large bowl.
Next you will get your 4 chicken breasts, thin slice, and chop and add to your large bowl with your veggies
You will then add your tablespoon of oregano, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and your (1/2 tablespoon) salt.
You will then add your lime juice to your bowl and drizzle some olive oil to your bowl and mix it all up. If you let it chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes the chicken will taste that much better OR you can immediately cook. Your choice.
You will then get your pan, cover with aluminum foil, add non stick spray, and add your fajita mix. You will then bake at 450 for 35-40 minutes. YOU DO NOT COVER YOUR FAJITAS.
After about 35-40 minutes your chicken fajitas will be ready.
