I am going to try to say this in the most humblest way, but wow mis Poderosas I really got down with this recipe that is so easy to make. I am a breakfast lover! I love it so much that I can have breakfast for any meal of the day! 3 baked tostadas will count ask you carbs, protein, and fat serving

Ingredients

Baked Tostadas (carbs)

Fat free black beans or fat free beans of choice (carbs)

4 egg whites (protein)

Queso Cotija or any cheese of choice (fat)

Salsa (optional)

Non-Stick Spray

Notes

I love to use baked tostadas because I can have more! If you use regular tostadas you will use only 2 tostadas. You can also use any cheese of choice. I just love cortina so much!

Instructions

These are the main ingredients you will use Poderosas. Like I said you are more than welcome to use regular tostadas but if you do you will only use 2. Also if you do not like black beans you can use any fat free black beans of choice.

The process is very easy Poderosas. You will individually cook your 4 egg whites and set them aside. I love to use non-stick spray when cooking the individual egg whites so I dont have to eat my calories from oil.

You then warm up your beans and just like that you are ready to make your tostadas.

The process like like this: Get a nice scoops of beans and thinly spread on your 3 tostadas. You will then get your 4 egg whites and add to your 3 baked tostadas. Top it off with cheese of choice and of course your salsa. Enjoy Poderosas.
