When I found these baked hot cheetos at my local grocery store I went a little crazy because I'm addicted to them and now I can consume them without feeling so guilty. But what makes these baked cheetos even better is adding some peanut and pickled purple onion to them.This is the perfect mixture of crunchy, spicy, and zesty. I mean there is nothing better out there than this guilt free snack that will make your taste buds go wild.

Ingredients

  1. 15 baked chips
  2. ⅓ cup peanut botana
  3. 1 purple onion
  4. 3 lemons or limes
  5. Tapatio
  6. Salt

The hardest part of this recipe is cutting your onion. I love to cut them very thin so they pickle very fast. You will then add the juice of your lemons/limes, add some salt to taste (be mindful), and let them sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

You will then get your 15 chip, ½ cup of peanut botana, and all the pickled onions you like and to your bowl.
