  1. 2 cups coconut water
  2. 8 strawberries
  3. 5 mint leaves
  4. 1/2 lime (juice only)
  5. 1 scoop protein powder/pre made protein drink/yogurt or lactose free yogurt
  6. water
  7. ice

You will grab all ingredients and add to blender. Simple as that. You can also chop and freeze your strawberries and have the exact portions ready in ziplock backs so you can get out from freezer first thing in the morning and add to your blender.
