Salsa de tomatillo is a must especially if we are wanting to make tacos, quesadillas, chicken, burritos, steamed veggies, heck pretty much anything. There are so many different salsa Rojas but personally this is one of my favorites because its spicy but delicious. Its one of those bomb salsas that although super spicy, you continue to eat more and more and drench your food with it. Enjoy!

Instructions
You will get your tomatillos, wash them, and grill them on a comal/pan until they are nice toasty and tender.
While your tomatillos toast, you will drizzle vegetable oil to your pan (wait until pan is hot) and you will sauté your chiles and garlic cloves for about 3 minutes. Don’t stop moving them. You will begin to cough to turn on the fan, open the doors, and windows ;).
Once your tomatillos, chiles, and garlic cloves are ready you will add to blender with about 2 cups of water and salt. You will blend until the salsa is nice and creamy (about 2 minutes).
And here you have your delicious salsa roja de tomatillo ladies y comadres highly recommend give it a try!
