I know breakfast smoothies are lifesavers in my life especially on those crazy mornings where I don't have time to cook something for myself. The best part about breakfast smoothies is that you can even make them the day before and have them ready the following day. But you know what makes this smoothie even better? That you are getting your good coffee fix. I mean its a major win all around because you are getting your breakfast and coffee all in one.

Serving

This entire smoothie will count as your breakfast serving. It will count as your protein, fat, fruit, and veggie serving.

Ingredients

  1. 1 banana (fruit)
  2. Handful of baby spinach (veggies)
  3. 1 tablespoon of flaxseed (fat)
  4. 1 scoop of desired protein powder or any brand/flavor of premade protein drink
  5. ½ tablespoon of instant coffee
  6. Water/ice

Notes

Lets say you want to make this smoothie but one of the weeks you are not allowed to have fat then just take out the flaxseed. Or lets say you cannot have a fruit then you would take out the banana. Get creative :)

Its very simple to make this recipe. All you do is add all the ingredients in your blender and mix. That is it. Fast easy and tasty.
