Instructions
Here is an image of the ingredients you will need
You will get your packet of extra lean ground beef, 1 cup of uncooked rice, bag of sliced carrots, handful of mint leave (fine chop them), and add all ingredients to a bowl.
You will then season with salt (1 used about 1/2 tablespoon) and 1 tablespoon of pepper and you will mix all ingredients and set aside.
You will then get your 6 roma tomatoes and boil until they are nice and tender.
While your tomatoes boil you will get your cabbage head and cut out the center piece.
You will then add to a large pot with boiling water and let it boil for about 3-5 minutes. You will know when your cabbage leaves are ready when you can easily peel from cabbage head. You will then peel and set aside.
You will then get 5 garlic cloves and your 1/4 of purple onion and add to your blender with 5 cups of water and your boiled roma tomatoes. I used the same water from the pot where they boiled. You will then add some salt and consume (optional) to your liking and blend. You will then set aside.
You will get a good handful of the mix and add to your cabbage leave. You will roll up and add to your bakeware and repeat the process until your bakeware is full.
Once you have filled up your bakeware you will add your sauce blend to where they are pretty much completely covered. *Side note: you will have a lot of meat mix left over but you can make some more the second you run out of your rolls because trust me they will be gone so fast :)
You will then leave uncovered and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
They are readyyyyy
