Don’t we all wish we could eat some of our favorite foods (egg rolls being one of them) without feeling like we are overloading with carbs? This recipe gives you the satisfaction of egg rolls but without the carb deep fried guilt. There is nothing better than eating our veggies and lean whites without the saturated fat! Enjoy

You can serve yourself 3 cups worth and it will be considered your veggies and your protein serving. If your meal requires you to have carbs or fats make sure you pair this dish up with your favorite choice.
Ingredients
1 package of lean ground turkey (protein)
1 purple cabbage (veggies)
1 package of chopped carrots (veggies)
1 green onion bunch (veggies)
Ginger paste
Low sodium soy sauce
Garlic powder
Non stick spray
Sriracha sauce (optional)

Instructions
You will chop up your green onion and purple cabbage head and set aside
You will then add non stick spray to your pan/skillet and cook thoroughly cook your lean ground turkey.
Once your ground turkey is thoroughly cooked you will add your chopped purple cabbage
You will then add your entire bag of chopped carrots
Next you will add your ginger paste and low sodium soy sauce. To be honest I dont measure how much I add of each I just add A LOT of ginger (as you can tell at least 4 tablespoons) and a drizzle the low sodium soy sauce all over the skillet
You will then add your garlic powder. You want to make sure you add a good amount (at least 1 tablespoon).
Last but not least you will add your chopped green onion, cover, and put on low. You dish will be ready in less than 5 minutes.
