Poderosa really though, CUAL DIETA?! We all love some bomb healthy tostadas any day! I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 taco pack seasoning
2 tostadas OR 4 baked tostadas
Mexican shredded cheese (or cheese of choice)
Beans (optional)
Anything else you want to garnish with
Notes
Make sure you use non-stick spray to cook ground beef.
Instructions

Poderosa I added a bit of beans to my tostada because a little will not break us :)

You then top with your cooked ground beef. Once again I used non-stick spray to cook my ground beef and then once it was fully cooked I added my taco seasoning. The rest of the images are self explanatory.


You can add any veggies of choice to your tostadas and also serve yourself a nice side of veggies! Enjoy your tostadas and please enjoy eating wholesome!
