So here is the thing, many of us do not have time to cook breakfast in the mornings and that is ok. Keep in mind this smoothie is not a “meal replacement”. Its a nutrient dense breakfast smoothie! You will notice that this smoothie helps you regulate your bowel movement. Spinach is great for our intestines.

Ingredients

  1. Handful of spinach
  2. 1/2 cucumber
  3. 1/4 avocado
  4. Premade protein shake or 1/2 cup greek yogurt or 1 scoop protein powder any flavor would work except chocolate.  
  5. Water (optional)
  6. Ice
