So here is the thing, many of us do not have time to cook breakfast in the mornings and that is ok. Keep in mind this smoothie is not a “meal replacement”. Its a nutrient dense breakfast smoothie! You will notice that this smoothie helps you regulate your bowel movement. Spinach is great for our intestines.
Ingredients
- Handful of spinach
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 avocado
- Premade protein shake or 1/2 cup greek yogurt or 1 scoop protein powder any flavor would work except chocolate.
- Water (optional)
- Ice
