Ingredients

Corn tortillas

Green Chile stew

Mozzarella cheese

Queso fresco

Notes

You can use any green Chile of choice (premade/or homemade)

Instructions

Here are your main ingredients. Simple and straight to the point.

Get your chile stew and add a thin layer to your bakeware.

You will then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese.

Add a layer of corn tortillas. Since I am using a small bakeware I only fit three but if you use the larger one you can possibly fit six.

You will then top tortillas with a thin layer of queso fresco.

Next top it off with another layer of chile stew. You will then repeat process 2-3 more times. To be honest I was able to do one more layer "process" because they are pretty thick.

With your final layer you will top it off with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Add enough cheese where you cannot see the stew or tortillas. You will then cover with aluminum foil and bake at 450 for 20-30 minutes.

And just like that you have your Green Chile Casserole Poderosa enjoy!
