BUT the good thing is I can enjoy a good 4 ounces of you without overdoing myself. With this glazed salmon you will be tested… with your willpower… not to have more than the 4 ounces because it's so delicious. Enjoy the sweet spicy kick of this Glazed Salmon

Instructions

First thing you want to do is preheat the oven to 375. When I purchased my salmon it was already cut into pieces and when cooked they weigh 4 ounces. Personally I find this easier so I don't have to worry about weighing the fish when cooked. If you don't find the salmon already cooked you can cook the entire fillet as is and cut/weight/serve yourself when cooked. For the relish you will be surprised how many options you will have. Pick the one that catches your eye. That is exactly what I did with this relish and it was super delicious with this recipe.

You will add non-stick spray to the bakeware, add your fish, lightly drizzle olive oil (just enough to rub it on so the seasonings stick), and season with salt/pepper/achiote.

Next you add all of your relish to your fish and on the side of your fish. You will then cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

And here you have your juicy flavorful Glazed Salmon. This goes great with the “Picarossito” and a side of “pico de gallo” Enjoy
