1 can drained garbanzo beans

1/2 c low fat feta cheese

1/2 purple onion

all the cilantro you like

1/3 c dressing

Notes

I recommend sticking to all of the ingredients for this dish. Granted I got the dressing at my local HEB and not everyone has a HEB. You can replace your dressing with any Mexican dressing of choice.

Instructions

Poderosa here are your ingredients. Simple and straight to the point. With the onion and cilantro you can use as much as you like. Clearly I love onion and cilantro so I used a lot.

This dressing is delicious and amazeballs! You add your 1/3c and mix away!
