This bean salad is so fresh and protein filled! Every time I make this bean salad I get the feeling as if I am eating a ceviche! The cilantro gives it the freshness and the black beans with garbanzo beans gives you all the protein you need for one meal.

Ingredients
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 can of garbanzo beans
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 purple onion
2 jalapenos
1/2 cilantro bunch

You will drain and wash your garbanzo beans, corn, and black beans. You will then add your beans, corn, and garbanzo beans in a large bowl.
You will then chop your 1/2 purple onion and your 2 roma tomatoes and you will add to your bowl.
You will also chop your 2 jalapeños and add to your large bowl. You want to add the seeds so it gives it a nice little kick.
You will then wash and chop 1/2 of your cilantro bunch and add to your bowl and then add salt to taste.
