Lets be honest, sometimes we dont want to have egg whites for breakfast and thats absolutely ok! This breakfast idea will satisfy your crunch and freshness early in the morning. You can get as creative as you like swapping out your fruit and carb choice (granola). I had never tried lactose free yogurt and its pretty amazing.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Granola of choice
- 1 serving of yogurt
- 6 strawberries

Instructions are pretty much self explanatory through the image :)
You will chop up your 6 strawberries and put at the bottom of your container.
You will then get your protein serving and add.
Then you will top with your granola
