I don't know about you but pizza sounds good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I mean honestly even leftover pizza warmed up the next day tasted even better. I have made it my mission to try to make a guilt free pizza and I can honestly say i'm pretty sure this is on the healthier side and i feel pretty good about… and I don't like to be selfish when it comes to amazing discoveries especially in the kitchen so here you have my healthy bbq pizza recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 thin crust pizza (carbs)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (fat)
- ½ cup of zero sugar bbq sauce
- 4 turkey bacon (protein)
- 5 turkey pepperoni (protein)
- All the purple onion you want
- ⅓ cup of pineapples (optional)
Notes
Instructions

First and foremost preheat the oven to 350 degrees. I love these thin crust pizza because its only 130 calories per crust and under 30g of carbs which is amazing for our macros per carb serving. If you cannot get a hold of these pizza crust I recommend using one that is under 30g of carbs per serving. The pineapple and onion can be optional but it adds so much flavor to your pizza. I recommend giving it a shot and seeing how your tummy likes it

The only cooking you will need to do before putting pizza in the oven is the turkey bacon. You will cook both sides and set aside.

You do not need to add any non-stick spray or oil to your crust. You leave as is and begin adding your toppings

You will first add your bbq sauce and then top with your mozzarella cheese

You will then add the rest of your ingredients to your pizza however you like. I personally love purple onion so you already know I went a little onion crazy

You will then put it in the oven for 20 minutes and bake at 350 degrees. Let it cool and enjoy every single bite.
