10 Minute Chicken Stir-fry

We all love those recipes that take less than ten minutes to make and are super delicious! This recipe is exactly that and much more. You will find yourself asking “how the hell did I just cook this bomb recipe in less than 10 minutes?”. Long story short, yes we BAD Bs in the kitchen but damn sometimes we dont want to be in there for long ass hours ;)

You can have 3 cups worth (think of a medium bowl) as your serving of protein, veggies, and fat.

Ingredients

  1. 3-4 chicken breast (protein)
  2. Seasoning of choice
  3. 1 Asparagus bunch (veggies)
  4. 1 Cauliflower (veggies)
  5. 2 Bell peppers (veggies)
  6. Handful Sugar snap peas (veggies)
  7. 1 green onion bunch
  8. Ginger paste
  9. Garlic paste or 4-6 minced garlic cloves
  10. Canola oil or oil of choice (fat)
  11. 1 stir-fry sauce bottle

Notes

 If your meal requires you to have a carb then make sure you add your desired carb serving to your dish. I personally would choose jasmine rice because this stir-fry would pair nicely with it. If your meal doesn’t allow you to have fat but you still want to make it then replace your oil with non-stick spray! Get creative nalgonas you got this!

You will drizzle some oil to your pan and add your cube sized chicken breast to your pan. Once you add your chicken breast to your pan you will season with desired seasoning. If you like you can simply use salt and pepper or no season your choice.

Once your chicken breast has fully cooked you will set aside.

You will then get a separate pan/pot and add a generous amount of ginger and garlic paste. To be honest I added about 4 tablespoons of each. There is nothing like adding ingredients that help boost our immune system and dont do us harm.

Next you will add all of your chopped veggies EXCEPT your green onion and snap peas.

After about 5 minutes of stir-frying your veggies you will add to your large pan where you cooked your chicken breast.

This is when you will add your sugar snap peas. I personally like to add them towards the end because I love their crisp crunchy taste and if you cook them from the start they will get very soggy.

You will then drizzle your desired sauce to your mix. To be honest I used about 3/4 of it.

Last but not least we will chop our green onion and add to our mix. I didnt chop all of the green onion as you can see. Keep in mind I also chopped about 3 inches from the end and trashed them since they are not the best parts of the green onion.

And here you have your bomb delicious 10 minute chicken stir-fry ladies y comadres highly recommend give it a try. Oh I also added a lot of sriracha sauce to my plate because you know… no puedo vivir sin el pinche chiloooon ;)
