We all love those recipes that take less than ten minutes to make and are super delicious! This recipe is exactly that and much more. You will find yourself asking “how the hell did I just cook this bomb recipe in less than 10 minutes?”. Long story short, yes we BAD Bs in the kitchen but damn sometimes we dont want to be in there for long ass hours ;)
Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breast (protein)
- Seasoning of choice
- 1 Asparagus bunch (veggies)
- 1 Cauliflower (veggies)
- 2 Bell peppers (veggies)
- Handful Sugar snap peas (veggies)
- 1 green onion bunch
- Ginger paste
- Garlic paste or 4-6 minced garlic cloves
- Canola oil or oil of choice (fat)
- 1 stir-fry sauce bottle
Notes
If your meal requires you to have a carb then make sure you add your desired carb serving to your dish. I personally would choose jasmine rice because this stir-fry would pair nicely with it. If your meal doesn’t allow you to have fat but you still want to make it then replace your oil with non-stick spray! Get creative nalgonas you got this!
