Ladies we have those monthly cravings that are so hard to beat especially when its that time of the month. This snack/breakfast will save your life every time! Best part is that its filled with over 20g of protein!
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese of choice
2/3c cacao or as desired
liquid sweetener or any sweetener of choice... and as much according to taste
handful of desired chopped nuts
1 bite size sugar free chocolate serving
*you can add milk of choice if you want a creamier consistency

I encourage you to let it chill for a least 10 minutes :) it will taste so much better
Instructions

Here are your main ingredients. Like I mentioned above, use as much sweetener of choice as desired. All you have to do is get your cottage cheese, cacao, and sweeteners and blend. If the blend is too thick add milk of choice to make it creamer while its blending.

I like mine nice and creamy! I encourage you to let it chill for about 10 minutes.
