This tea honestly is by far one of my favorites. To be honest Podreosa, I consumed this tea at least 2x a day during my "cuarentena" and it made the biggest difference in my mental health. Its so simple yet so powerful. I love looking at the dried lemon grass because my mom cut it from her plant and dried it for me. All you do is add your handful of lemon grass with 2 sticks to your boiling water and let it steep for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy any time of the day Podeosa.
