1 pound extra lean ground beef

1 taco seasoning packet

Shredded cheese of choice

Carb of choice

Quest chips

Notes

You can use any taco seasoning of your choice. You can also use any serving of carbs such as beans, corn, chickpeas, etc. This is high protein and you will love it!

Instructions

Here are your main ingredients. You can use any quest chips of choice. Just make sure your beef is extra lean.

What takes the longest to make is the ground beef. Once it's done cooking, you can begin making your nachos!

Here are my bomb nachos, but let me explain Podeorsa. I used 1/2 cup of cooked white rice as my carb serving. I used 5 ounces of lean ground beef as my protein ser3ving. I used my 3 ounces of shredded cheese as fat. Now you can add saute veggies or pico de gallo, and that would count as your veggies serving. Make sure you add your favorite salsas or jalapeños!!!! Poderosa food is your best friend! NOT YOUR ENEMY! Enjoy!
