Here are your main ingredients. Yes simple baby and if you have not tried pine nuts let me tell you they will be your favorite! Can I mention this has at least 20g of protein! Major Win!

All you have to do Poderosa is put it all together. The best part youan take it to go (adding to jar or tupper) and it is not messy at all!
