Instructions
You will add a drizzle of vegetable oil to your pan and add 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste and move non stop for about 30 seconds
You will then cut your broccoli and chop your entire white onion and you will add to your pan and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
Next you will add your entire bag of carrots to your pan and once again stir around for 2-3 minutes.
You will then get your mix and and set aside.
You will then add another tablespoon of ginger paste and stir around for 15-30 seconds. Side note hahah why does this look like a P….. lol ;)
You will then chop 1/2 of your green cabbage and 1/2 of your purple cabbage and add to pan. You will sauté until your cabbage is a little tender. I sauté mine for about 2-3 minutes.
You will then add your sauté cabbage to a VERY large bowl.
In that very large bowl you will also add the first set of veggies and you will mix all together.
You will once again add a little of garlic paste and ginger paste (use as much as you like or skip adding) and add your sugar snap peas and your small bag of cashews. Remember cashews are optional. You will sauté for 1 minute.
You will once again add your mix to your BIG bowl where the rest of your sauté veggies are and mix together.
You then can add your salad dressing to the large bowl or you can serve yourself first then add your own portion of salad dressing to your bowl.
