Ingredients

  1. 1 Cilantro Basmati Rice packet (carb)
  2. 2 cups Pico de gallo (see recipe library)
  3. 1 container of feta cheese (fat)

Notes

I used Cilantro lime basmati rice because I love the tangy flavor it has to it but if you cannot find this rice you can use `1 packet of plain basmati rice and squeeze 1 lime juice into your mix.

Instructions

The longest part of this recipe is making the pico de gallo because you need to chop up everything. Once you have your pico de gallo ready all you have to do is put your packet of rice in the microwave to cook and that's it.

As you can see this makes the perfect mixture that is perfectly balanced.  Here you have your beautiful mix. Enjoy every flavorful bite
